TEXAS T-REX TEAM PREPARES FOR ALVARADO EVENT

Lane Duncan and his 'Texas T-Rex' LSGTPA tractor pulling team have little time to rest.  Having pulled to a third place finish during the Old Town Festival in Bartlett, the team has now prepared for the next event which will be contested in Alvarado.  The Johnson County Antique Tractor Show and Pull, will be held on September 27th, and is the second event of a five-in-a-row series of pulls on the LSGTPA schedule.

The Alvarado event is scheduled for a 2pm start, with opening ceremonies to include the National Anthem presentation, by Texas performing artist Payton Le'ann Alaniz.  The talented singer/song writer will open the show, which will include two rounds of LSGTPA tractor pulling action.  The track and facility, is located at the historic Pioneers and Old Settlers Reunion Grounds, in Alvarado.  (111 Reunion Drive, Alvarado, Tx, 76009)

Duncan Team Begins LSGTPA Season Marathon Finish

Lane Duncan and his 'Texas T-Rex' will begin a 5 week marathon, as the LSGTPA 2014 season finishes with a 5 consecutive weekend pulling schedule !  The events remaining are:

Sept 20    Old Town Festival - Bartlett, Texas     12-noon
Sept 27     Johnson County Antique Tractor Club Pull - Alvarado, Texas    2pm
Oct 4       Old Time Saturday Tractor Pull - Farmersville, Texas      12 noon
Oct 11      Rolling Oaks Volunteer Fire Dept Pull - Wills Point, Texas     11am
Oct 18      Rockdale Fair and Rodeo Pull - Rockdale, Texas    12 noon
