'TEXAS T-REX' TRAVELS HOME TO ENLOE FOR 4TH OF JULY PARADE

Lane and his 'Texas T-Rex' pulling tractor will be headed back to the home of his 1972 Sears Super Suburban pulling tractor.  The 'Texas T-Rex' was retired after a long career in the Enloe, Texas area, and was brought out of retirement to enter its second career in LSGTPA tractor pulling competition.  Larry King, of Enloe, turned over the keys of his garden tractor to Lane, after Lane began searching for a tractor for which to begin competing in the LSGTPA Youth Class.  The tractor was completely disassembled and reconstructed by Lane and the Duncan Motorsports team, over the course of the next couple of years. Lane then made his LSGTPA tractor pulling debut on March 6, 2010.   Lane plans to display the tractor at the Clara Foster Slough Museum in Enloe on Saturday, June 30, before the 4th of July parade.  The parade is schedule to begin at 4:30 pm, with parade lineup slated for 4pm.
Stop by the museum  before the parade and visit (in the air conditioning!).
